This is a practical reference guide to help you achieve your goals and enhance your life using your natural inner energies. Dr. Hall's Life Enhancement Program will present clear distinctions, insightful questions, and powerful exercises to guide your through an ascending path toward your true purpose.
Willpower is not the most effective tool to help you diet, stop smoking, improve your relationships or achieve any other goal. Rather you must first change your thinking because "As we think, so we are and become." (Dr. Tim Hall)
Following the powerful method, the Cyclical-Trigger Process, and the Cyclical-Trigger Developmental Model, revealed in this book, you will release the thoughts, perceptions and beliefs holding you back and instead achieve your true potential.
You will learn to: - recognize unhealthy beliefs rooted in your past so you can release them from ruling your future. - take charge of your life rather than allowing fear and negative feelings to rule. - choose to change yourself rather than continue to tread the blame cycle. - focus not on your goals but on the reason for your goals so you will be able to achieve those that really matter
