Rebulding after a crisis is a do-it-yourself project. This workbook is designed to be used with the book Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends in the ten-week educational program known as the "Fisher Rebuilding Seminar". Readers who have thought about writing in the Rebuilding book now have this workbook to write in. We believe using this workbook will enhance your growth and assist you in your adjustment process while participating in the ten-week class. If you are reading the book and not participating in the seminar, we think you'll find the workbook helpful. Each of the ten sessions includes a lesson plan, journaling (notes) pages, and affirmations.
