Veronika Lickert Shiatsu Therapy   Length of Session:    30 minutes or 1 hour Rates:    1/2 hour - $40, 1 hour $65 Location:    North Store (Montgomery Place) Shiatsu is a Japanese holistic therapy involving the application of pressure to the body and pressure points in order to create a sense of well-being.  It is a natural way to help people relax and cope with issues such as stress, muscle pain, nausea, anxiety, depression and much more.  Many believe Shiatsu is both preventative and healing, and along with stretching, exercise, and a healthy diet, may improve your health.
