Christiane is a Registered Massage Therapist, a member of NHPC, Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Clients with extended health care programs can submit their massage receipts to their health insurance program. She is a Mesa Carrier in the Inka Tradition, and a Medicine Bundle holder in the Plains Native Tradition.
Through many years of training and experience, Christiane has developed a unique method of treating the whole self, and its manifestation of disharmony in the mind, emotions and body. Swedish Relaxation: This well-known soothing technique incorporates gliding, kneading and compressing strokes to improve circulation and lymph flow.
Massage - reduces stress & improves sleep patterns. It enhances range of motion and muscle flexibility allowing increased recovery of injuries and strains.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy works on the central nervous system allowing the body to return to its greatest level of performance. It can help to relieve Migraines (TMJ), Chronic Fatigue and Central Nervous System Disorders.
Christiane incorporates chakra clearing, cleaning and balancing with Foot Massage. You will feel energized and renewed after this treatment. This can help you to release emotional or mental blocks you may be experiencing. Allow time after session to rest and nurture yourself, as this can be a powerful healing process for you.
